How to use The Reservation Service
Select your country of choice. Enter the number of people and rooms that you need for your party into the search-form, and press 'search' to locate suitable properties. If you would rather search for property in a certain region or town, see if your choice is listed in the dropdown box on the page.
When the system has searched our database, you will see a list of properties that match your criteria. Follow the links on each listing to view a more detailed description and pictures of each property. You will also be able to view pricing & availability information about by following links on this page.
Availability is viewed via a page with a calendar on it. Dates that are free to book are in green; dates that are provisionaly booked are in blue; and dates where a confirmed booking has been made are in red. Check to see if the dates you want are free, then enter them into the form at the top of the page. If you want to book for next year, use the link at the top of the page to select your chosen year.
If these dates are free, you will be moved to a page showing the details of the booking, and the cost.
At this point you will be given two choices:
You can book your accommodation at this time, and proceed to confirm your booking:
or
you may choose to make a provisional reservation so that you may arrange the other elements of your holiday, such as flights, or car-hire. This provisional reservation will remain in the system until midnight - there is no charge for making a provisional reservation - just enter your email address as a password to protect it.
Please note: The system will only allow you have one provisional booking at a time. If you want to change your provisional reservation then you must cancel it and re-book.
Once you have made your arrangements, you can recover your provisional reservation by clicking on the button on the main page, or by clicking the link in the email that we sent to you when you made your provisional booking.
